I've gotten the exact same size before and for some reason the brace won't stay on. I got a medium and I'm 6'5" and not exactly skinny. I don't understand why I'm having problems now.

The ordering process was ok but the tape does not stick well enough. It may be more durable but it doesn't adhere to the blade well enough.

poor fitting, sizing not consistant item to item

I sent survey back to the first review I got and never got a response back. One of the knee braces squeaks when I wear it. Not sure why or what to do about it. I would love for someone to help me with this problem.

Recovering from a fractured knee, I was ready to upgrade to a better brace. After researching, I narrowed it down to the HG80 Premium Hinged brace and ordered the XXL per the size chart on the website. When the brace arrived it was so small I couldn’t even get it on my petite 4’11 wife’s knee. I put a note with the brace and returned it asking to also refund my freight to get the brace to me. I only received the credit for the brace. It cost me another $13 to ship it back.
