A little expensive but I suppose quality products are gonna cost more.

Great sturdy products but the XL was still too small. I wish the return shipping was covered.

In 2010 I was in a sever bicycle accident that resulted in my right arm and shoulder being partially paralyzed. I have tried to wear a number of different braces for my shoulder and I can't find anything that I am more comfortable in than the Mueller product that I have now purchased 3 times. The one issue that I have, which is likely uncommon I am aware, is that due to the paralyzed nature of my arm and shoulder I have experienced significant muscle atrophy. This atrophy is causing a sizing problem for me when it comes to selecting one of Mueller's products. The Small / Medium provides the snug fit around my arm that I need for support, however as I am 6'3" 220 pounds, the Small/Medium is too small to fit my chest. What I have done to overcome this minor inconvenience is cannibalize the Large / XL brace that I had tried to use (which inevitably was too large on my arm and slightly too large around my chest). I have stolen the straps from my L/XL brace which are longer that the straps on the S/M brace which provides a much more comfortable fit. From a marketability standpoint, I can understand that a customization to fit the needs of someone like myself would likely not be profitable enough to offer additional sizes or custom combinations. But I am hopeful that something is offered, be it longer straps as an "accessory", or whatever else someone may be able to come up with. I am going to be living with this issue for the rest of my life, the comfort that Mueller's braces provide make every day much much easier so thank you :)
