Have always had good service and their second generation ar jig has always been easy to use and no problems with any builds just recently ordered a new end mill bit for it, unfortunately they don't carry replacement parts for the second generation jig any more could use new side plates after a dozen or more lowers, but is still usable and really don't need anymore, already have 6 different calibers and several in some calibers
