The item was on backorder even though the site said it wasnt so shipping took longer then it should have but they did return email letting me know that. Also they did except the return

Eh. I've liked all the products I have ordered from you all but I was mistakenly charged for something that was not shipped to me. After I realized I didn't get all the products I purchased I was given a "oh sorry, we're really busy" response. Didn't love that.
