As usual, your customer service is top notch. After having an issue with the checkout process, I replied to a text I had gotten from Mission asking for help. This was not only after hours, but in the middle of a holiday weekend. I was expecting a reply the next business day. Within 30 minutes of sending the text, I was talking with a member of the team and they were able to help me out. The quality of Mission products speak for themselves, but it's the way they treat their customers that makes me a repeat customer.
