I am very impressed with their customer service. I have called several times and was unable to get through (during busy season) and they have called back every time even if I didn’t leave a message or request a call back. Every email is replied to in a timely manner. Shipping was fast and easy to track. The website was super easy to navigate and as mentioned above if you had questions somebody was always there to talk (no automated computer runaround). Product selection and pricing was on parr with any other vendor online and way more affordable than a dealership. I am installing a depth transducer and asked about placement. They took the time to discuss it with me and even went to the closest dealer to them and took pictures of an installed unit for my reference. Again great customer service. I highly recommend!
