Customer service was excellent - they caught that my gift card wasn't applied at time of purchase and notified me so I wouldn't be charged the full amount. All the manuals I've read said they bike comes with some tools, allen wrench, screwdriver and wrench - which I didn't receive. I had my bike assembled by a third party and he is telling me he didn't get anything. My parents bought Magnum ebikes from another distributor and they received the tool kits.
