Call pretty decent turnaround time for my battery order. I actually called your location and was given wrong information. The person I spoke with said the battery was the exact same size replacement for my magnum cruiser. In reality it is slightly oversized and hangs over about a half inch on the left side of the frame. Not a big deal. Works great, but it might have been nice To have been given that information ahead of time. Other than that, I got the battery within about a week. So far so good.

From start to finish it was easy to give up the money for a quality product. Sorry I 4got the name of the lady that answers the phone in sells and customer service. She was awesome!! Tony M.
