I'm relatively new to purchasing from Madison River, having only purchased from them twice, but on both occasions the experience was beyond pleasant. We had something happen via the mail with my second purchase. Madison River's customer service went above and beyond for me to ensure I had the items I needed to get on the water and fish ASAP. I will definitely be a returning customer for future needs.

I have not been able to make large purchases from MRF but my orders received great attention as if it was an expensive transaction. Thanks for the super customer service and specials.
