I have been a long time customer of yours and to this day I’m truly amazed and impressed with the outstanding customer service throughout the years with different employees at MRFC. The past two Winston Rods I have ordered, I myself made the wrong purchase on the rod weight when making these purchases on my phone. Each time I made a phone call to your shop and it was corrected in a matter of Minutes. But I do miss getting a paper catalog like back in the old days.
