Items not received. When was it delivered?

From the website I purchased a portable roller massager to find out that it is no longer available. The website needs to be updated and my total amount should be funded which includes postage.

These bands were recommended by my physical therapist. These are nothing like the ones I use in his practice. These are much tighter, much smaller and generally painful to use. They’re back in the bag. Did y’all send me a child size instead of adult.

I purchased the sled for my husband as a gift. I will never purchase here again. The products are more than on the site of the original company that makes the product. I paid over $80 more and when I reached out about this, I got no response from the company. Lesson learned I would not order here again and I would advise you to be sure to look at the original companies that offer these products first.
