Great product. Transaction was simple. So many other companies offer free shipping with a purchase over a certain dollar amount. The promise date was not met. The bands arrived late. After ordering 40% more bands from another manufacturer, with lower cost and free shipping, time was lost returning them and ordering a smaller quantity to match budget, due to paying shipping costs. The order arrived later than projected or promised. There was no communication to advise of the delay in arrival.

They broke right away
