After 15 years, I’ve finally had to replace my original 1” Superband. I used my original band as part of nearly every workout for the last 15 years and it just began fraying. I was surprised to see that these were still being sold by the same company after all that time. The bands are extremely versatile, and I incorporate the 1” into both my warm up and my actual strength training routine with dozens of variations for full body resistance. I have other sizes but this 1” is by far the most versatile. Glad Performance Better is still cracking along with business and even happier that the quality and look is the same after all this time.
