My flashlight stopped working 1 month before the warranty ended. The young woman that I spoke with when I called about the warranty was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Within a week, I had a brand new replacement sent to my home.

Amazing customer service, a folks you have over there are some of the best that I've ever ever had to deal. Wait, mama. While most of my communications were through email, I am happy to say that you guys have customer service down to AT.

Arrived sooner than expected

The first emergency power lights I bought didn't work because I didn't read the directions correctly. I turned them off then plugged them in.. I should have turned them on then plugged them in. The second set of lights I bought seem to be working ok, however we haven't had a power outage to test them. In the meantime they are good nightlights.
