LitezAll must be one of the few companies left with that really takes cares of consumers,my emails were answered whithin hours and the whole product replacement process was handled on one day not weeks. Pleased with the service 100 o/o even tough the new fashlight i received does not work like my old one that switch safety was a bad idea is a hit and miss,i have to push it to many times sometimes to turn the flashlight on. but despite that I'm a satisfied costumer.
