Great Customer Service
The ordering process was great. The delivery wasn't. This was down to the delivery company. After a couple of emails with the delivery company where I got nowhere and my order was still with them, although they said it had been ordered, I then contacted Liforme. After a couple of emails with them and a great customer representative, Kate, a new one was ordered and sent via DPD. I received it in time for Christmas as this was a present.
The mat is lovely!
