I love my LIFORME mat. I’ve been teaching yoga over 10 years and tried many mats. This was the only mat that I could do hot yoga in without slipping. Love my new mat I got the red dog as I’m a dog trainer and fitted my personality perfectly. I had lululemon mat previously which is great but I find liforme easier to balance on. It’s got fantastic surface that you do not slip on at all. I’ve recommended it to friends already. I practice e Iyengar yoga and find the alignments brilliant for this and I feel really grounded.
