Great product, great customer care! I ordered myself a yoga mat in the Black Friday promotion. It was tracked and went missing in transit. After 10 days I got a bit fed up waiting and emailed Liforme. Their customer service despatched another one that arrived next day, no quibble. The mat itself is fab, expensive but worth it 👌
