The Lifeforme mat is an absolutely gorgeous mat. The alignment cues are perfect. I ordered the travel mat because I am a yoga and plates instructor and I'm in and out of studios all day. The travel mat is great for yoga, however there is absolutely no cushioning, so when practicing pilates or any other practices that require you to be on the floor, this mat is not the one. Perhaps the regular would have been the better purchase for my purpose.
