I practice mainly Rocket yoga, so grip is everything for me. When the mat performs as intended, the grip is truly outstanding — it completely elevated my stability and confidence in my practice. I did experience a loss of grip after a couple of months, but customer service was responsive and stood behind their product by sending a replacement. I really appreciate a company that takes responsibility. Overall, a high-quality mat that can make a real difference in dynamic practices.

I was looking for a non-slip mat since I slide everywhere on my manduka. I bought this mat and am extremely impressed. It is very grippy and I feel secure but the material is smooth and not tacky. I love it and have become a Liforme yogi!

Wonderful mats (my husband has one and I've tried them other places) and really amazing customer service. I needed help with my own mat that I bought from them, and emailed them and got support from one of their team who was really helpful, friendly and helped me resolve the issue.
