I’ve wanted a Liforme mat for a long time, and I finally got one, and it’s the best yoga mat I’ve ever had. First of all, it’s beautiful. I got the Tropical Paradise one and the colors are stunning. (The teal color is actually darker than the photo on the website. ). Second, the mat is fantastic to practice on. It’s the grippiest mat I’ve ever tried and makes my practice better. When I’m doing Downdog, I can move my hips back easily because my hands are so stable. Finally, I received my mat very quickly. Liforme is a great company to do business with. Very highly recommend!

No doubt about the quality. I’ve just ordered a travel mat and looking forward to it. I already have two regular ones back home and never regret. This is my 3rd Liforme yoga mat. I do yoga and yoga sculpt on my mats daily so they do need to be replaced every 18 months or so to retain "grip. " My whole family uses these same mats and we all love them!
