I highly recommend this mat! Best money spent. I am able to keep my grip and it has markings to help line up. The only weird issue was the shipping. They use OnTrac. I did get my package but the tracking system OnTrac uses was a bit misleading

I had an issue with a yoga mat I purchased. The customer service was outstanding. They got back to me in a timely manner, were helpful and ended up sending me a brand new mat. I will definitely be purchasing more products from Liforme!
