Who would use this product? Obviously someone who had an odd shaped head looking for a good fitting helmet. I tried it because the only helmet I could find to fit my head is a half helmet and I wanted at least a 3/4 helmet. All I found out from this company is that there is only 1 helmet that will fit my head...a half helmet that isn't even the brand I wear now. The report had lots and lots of helmets that would fit the average person who wouldn't need the "service" in the first place. I spent $20 to find out what I had already discovered on my own.
