Lot's of help
Great resource here, I took my measurements, sent them in and got back the results in a 2 days. I realize now that none of my helmets ever really fit right and it's very nice to have one that does. I wanted a bell race star and waited anxiously for my results to come back from lidpicker. When they did I quickly scrolled through the list to see if the race star was indicated as a good fit for me, and it was "ideal width, ideal length, ideal circumference". Then on a hope and a prayer that a 5 dollar report was trust worthy I ordered the $699 race star and waited patiently. A few days later the UPS man dropped off the package and I ran inside to see if the gamble paid off. I slipped the helmet on and thought "wait, this is... well it's... but the hot spots..." but alas I couldn't find a single thing to complain about, it fit great. So I slipped if off and put my old helmet on, then the race star, and then my old helmet. Comparing how each felt. Still no complaints. I even wore the new helmet around the house that afternoon and watched TV with if on for a bit. I couldn't believe that a helmet was fitting me properly and not hurting anywhere or loose or anything.
My hat's off to lidpicker, the report is money well spent and I've told everyone I know about the service.
