Issues with shipment
This was my first experience with Legend. As soon as I got notified that my order had shipped I checked to see when it was to arrive. It was being shipped UPS, first I had an arrival date and then it changed to " The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."
I then contacted Legends support to inform them of the issue, UPS said they were waiting for the package from Legend. Legend said that it was shipped and would look into the issue. I then kept checking on the UPS site and always got the same above message. A week went went by and still nothing, contacted Legend again, cause I didn't get any kind of response on what they found out or what they were going to do about it. By the end of the 2nd week of waiting for some kind of word of what was going on, I contacted Legend again and told them either send another order out or refund me so I could go else where and find something similar to what I had ordered. According to Legend, UPS had lost the package, they told me sent out another order and gave me another tracking number. This time I found out they used FedEx and my order arrived the next day. I was glad to see that their products are of good quality and worth waiting for. They just need to communicate more with the customer when issues like this arise.
