Worst customer service and stale clumpy product
I have used legacy products before and really liked them. I decided to get them straight from the source this time. Bad mistake. The "Geek'd" product was old, clumpy, brown and stale. I sent MANY emails, called and filled out the form and NO ONE responds. All I wanted was a solution..refund or new product. Pretty simple right? Now I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau.
