Costumer Service is terrible

There is no way to make changes to my subscription on the website. Why not? So I asked a question about my subscription on the website and did not get a response. I then emailed them through my email and didn't get a response until two weeks later from my original inquiry. They sent a special access link to access my "subscription portal" but that didn't work either! So I'm still waiting for an answer almost a month later!

Scam

The website is terrible to navigate. Youre repeatedly brought to a checkout screen to add another item for a discounted price. I accidentally selected one and was charged. I kept trying to cancel the order but couldnt. The product itself is ok but ill never purchase from this site again

Worst customer service and stale clumpy product

I have used legacy products before and really liked them. I decided to get them straight from the source this time. Bad mistake. The "Geek'd" product was old, clumpy, brown and stale. I sent MANY emails, called and filled out the form and NO ONE responds. All I wanted was a solution..refund or new product. Pretty simple right? Now I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau.
