Return form on website doesn't work. Several email requests to initiate return were ignored. Nice business model, forcing people to keep gear that doesn't meet their needs. Will never shop here again unfortunately, too risky!

I am not very happy at all with the product

Terrible delivery and service. 4 weeks and I have not received my order.

There is lack of customer service. No phone number listed on the website, and no tab for contact us. They also did not list extended holiday refund timeframe.

Product was never delivered and mail without answer.
