It took over a month to receive the saddle bag I ordered. It shipped well past the time frame indicated when I placed the order. I tried multiple times via email and the chat feature to inquire about status with no reply whatsoever. I could not find a phone number. Lack of communication has soured me on Lead Out.

Well-Made But Bulky While I am a big fan of the materials, look, and craftsmanship of the folding saddle bag, when it’s full-loaded, it barely closes and makes you feel like your multitool is going to puncture an adjacent spare tube. If you plan on keeping more than a couple items in it, just go with the standard zipper saddle bag - I wish I had as this one just won’t work for my needs and will be sitting in my gear box, unused.

Have to change my front bottle cage to a side load and use a smaller water bottle. So I will only use it on long rides when I use a CamelBack water supply. That was a waste of money for me. Should have researched more. A top tube bag would be better. But don't have those.

False advertising

Nothing to say about the product because I never received it (the frame bag or the long sleeve tech shirt). Emailing with Leadout got one response and then nothing. Placed the original order in November and now it's January. Not really sure why, but I definitely won't be buying from this company again in the future. Truly hope this experience is an outlier.
