Shipping is good but the design of the helmets interior venting needs work.

Spoke to customer service about the crash replacement discount after I had already purchased my helmet as I was looking to get a credit. I never got a clear answer on how to complete the process. Laser helmets are great customer service not so much.

I had an issue with visor being too loose, and asked if it can be tighten (as I did not know how to access the screws). Lazer did not answer whether screws can be tighten but recommended purchasing replacement visor. I was not sure how a new visor would fix the issue but I purchased it anyway. Item does not contain instructions for replacement. I assumed the plastic cover over the pivot points must come off but it was a bit unnerving as I was not sure if it can come off easily or I may end up with breaking it. Finally, I found the issue was failing screws not the visor. So, I did not need a new visor. I would've appreciated if Lazer replied to my original question (can the visor can be tighten) with the answer 'Yes, you can. To tighten the screws. . . . .

Pointless product. Please state which product this works for.
