Reasonably quick shipping and the helmet was well packed. I think the instruction manual can be updated and give better information about adjusting the helmet but I am being super picky....

Fast shipping and much better price buying direct at the time of purchase. Helmet ran a little large so I exchanged for a smaller size which was fast, easy and free.

Live on East Coast but helmet came from West Coast distribution center so, had to wait a little while for it to arrive.....but well worth the wait.
