I ordered a custom Warrior Burn helmet. The order is manufactured directly by Warrior and shipped out. For whatever reason my chinstrap wasn’t put in the box(honest mistake). Through a series of emails the problem was quickly resolved. They shipped my chinstrap out overnight. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Helmet itself fits just right and is exactly what I expected
