Ordering process was easy but the custom stringing was sub par. Shooting strings were too tight.

Not a bad site, wish I would’ve been able to return the shoes half a size bigger but I was told I needed to contact Nike even though I bought the shoes from Lax.com and I had the receipt.

Shipping was terrible but that's on UPS not Lax.com. In my opinion, with as much as we paid, shipping and returns should be free. Agree or Disagree, that's just my opinion.
