I’ve had two orders one was delivered promptly the second was lost by the carrier but Kokopelli made it right- no complaints

It’s all been great. I did pay a dollar to be on the list to buy a paddle board for 40% off, and I still haven’t heard how or when I can actually purchase the paddle board, but it may just not be time yet, so I’m not concerned.
