Good quality product, but you should be able to mix and match bottles with the lid you want to avoid waste. Also you shouldn’t have to send multiple emails to customer service to receive promotional offers promised at point of sale.

I love me new coffee cup! I use it almost every day and it keeps things so cold all day! My only complaint is that the straw doesn't come with a straw cleaner so you have to go purchase one yourself.

I might be the kind of person to have a few drinks on the weekend. Throw some cold water in the kanteen, go to sleep. Wake up feeling parched on a hot morning and there it is.... icy cold water waiting for you to guzzle like a cool flowing stream. Perfection. I’ve started taking the bottle to work with the sports cap and it’s been brilliant, no leaks so far. One extra star will be given when the handle on the sports cap is lowered so my nose doesn’t get in the way (just angle it away and it works fine but would rather drink straight down) keep up the good work team!

Great quality products but I realised too late that for Australian customers, the local brand Cheeki has similar prices but quicker (and for some, cheaper) shipping. Also the mouth on Klean Kanteen’s Classic 18Oz is too big for me and keeps splashing water on me!
