I was looking for a splitboard that could really hold up in any conditions and the Fantom really preforms well across the board. I work as a lift operator and have previously been borrowing a board, so as my first purchase I wanted a splitboard that I could also use at work and the Fantom has been the perfect solution. In regards to it performance in the backcountry, i have had some of my favorite adventures with this splitboard under my feet, whether skinning or riding a nice line.
