At first everyone was great, getting in touch to make sure the sizing was correct and if I wanted to make any customizations. They even sent a temporary rental while my backordered dry suit arrived. Then I was unable to get in touch with anyone about whether they had changed my order or ended up placing it or what. I've emailed and called numerous times with no luck, and I have not received my drysuit or any communication that it is still delayed. For a nearly $1000 purchase, I would think they could let me know what is going on with the order.
