I don't get it...
This review is for kanjam.com. I don't get why names wouldn't "flow" from a kanjam.com order to the shipping company, in this case FedEx. My first name had been edited to the more common spelling with two Rs on the FedEx label. While not a big deal as the package still got here, I just don't get it from an efficiency or customer service perspective. Why manually enter data that has already been entered by the customer? Does someone at KanJam's fulfillment company think I don't know how to spell my own name? Otherwise, things were fine, but having worked in and around systems development for years, this seems like a broken process.
