Purchased the Swiftlet. During shipping there was damage to an essential part. I called Kammok they requested a picture of the part (to make sure to send the correct item). The new part arrived quickly. The representative was very friendly. Kammok made it right! The Swiftlet is a wonderful and versatile hammock stand to be used in any environment.
