everything went smoothly. Was skeptical about used items but now I’m all about it.

Now have 3 Swiftlets, and use them all the time, Comfortable, flexible, great indoors and outside. Even better when add the extender. When a tip broke on a shade pole, the company honored the warranty immediately

I emailed Kammok customer support because my hammock got tears and holes in them somehow and they immediately replaced it with a new one. Customer service like this makes me want to continue using this type of product.

The Kammock crosswing is an excellent product, I look forward to new products from Kammock in the Van life world.
