Quick turn around.

I have the swiftlet from before Kammok rebranded itself, and they STILL stand behind their products and warrant after all these years. I hammock sleep full time in my swiftlet (I have several hammock stand brands and hammocks) and noticed a defect in the short bar attachment and Kammok didn’t hesitate to replace it. They were compassionate and gracious in communications, and quick to act, knowing I hammock sleep full time. I received my stand as a gift several years ago…then bought their hammock and other accessories to support a local business them discovering they were a TX company. It’s the first warranty claim I’ve made and I’m wildly impressed.

Really enjoyed the whole experience, product came in quickly, best packaging and quality I’ve seen so far. Installation was easy, and even though I needed custom installation hardware – customer service was able to provide me with what I needed quickly and at almost no cost.

We used the all in one hammock system with an added under-quilt over one wet, windy weekend. Setup was a relief, no knot tying was needed. The camper remained warm and dry all weekend. Warm+Dry=Happy. I would caution you not to pull the screen guy lines too tight. We had a blow-out, but Kammok has sent a replacement bug screen at no cost. Thanks for the warranty. Have already recommended this system to others.

I have called Kammok a few times and each time I immediately get a person who is be eh knowledgeable and helpful.
