I own the Mantis, Pongo Sleep Pad, Bobcat, Swiftlet and Outpost. They are exceptional products. Kammok’s customer service rates 5+ stars. I needed a special gift for a couple of fellow campers and I chose the Swiftlet Bundle which included the Swiftlet hummock stand a Double Roo and a cup holder. My dilemma was I needed it before I traveled to visit them which was five days from my ordering it. Without paying any special overnight fees they assured me I would receive it in time to take it to them. I needed it no later than a Tuesday, I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon. The cross wing is great. It was easy to install straight out the box. I was able to install the awning on my own and required only a few tools.
