I ordered upper receiver from another website and the upper receiver was supposed to be high profile. I ordered high profile handguard from justrails and it didn’t match. I insisted that my upper was high profile because the website I ordered from says it was. I emailed justrails and told them the issue. They gave me the option to return the high profile handguard even tho it worked but didn’t look good. Told me I may want to try a low profile handguard. I didn’t want to do it but I did it anyway. And it matched perfectly. Great service.
