I purchased the mini bars to add range of motion and more pushing exercises to my calisthenics routine. They are sturdy, strong, and easy to adjust into different positions. So far so good! Been using it for assisted pull ups and dips and also for rows. Havent used the app much yet. Mostly just going out back a few times a day to hit the bars. Thanks!
