I debated getting the base blocks big bar for a while, and finally got it. It’s the perfect addition to my home gym setup, which was missing something to hang from. I don’t have the room for a full squat rack and pull up bars, and I don’t like the door-fit pull up bars, so this is perfect. It’s sturdy, the bar is nice and thick, and if I weight it down with heavy dumbbells, I can use bands from any level or direction to get a complete workout including flys and cable crossovers. The shipping was perfect, everything was easy to put together. Fits great in my home office/gym. I can hang fully with only slightly bent legs (I’m 5’11”) and use all sort of rings and bands. Great for shoulders, core, back, and all around full body.

I bought the Basebar Pro for pulling and dead hangs. It is a cost effective option and easy to order from the website. It shipped the next day and I was able to set it up immediately. I love doing pulling and dead hang exercises on it as I am not too tall. The Bar is quite strong and is even thick to work on grip strength. This Bar is easy to store as well and is a great option if you don't have access to a pull-up bar or exercise park.

Solid quality, interesting exercises (I discovered muscles I didn't know existed) and great experience overall. Though there can be balancing issues at time with the equipment itself at times. Most importantly, my kids love it!
