I did a LOT of research before deciding to go with iRocker for our first pair of iSUPs. I'm completely thrilled with the experience so far! There was a mix-up with the color of one of our boards and it took less than 60 seconds on the phone to get a new one on the way - FedEx even picked up the wrong board (all free of charge). The customer service on that alone was flawless. The boards and gear feel top notch. The quality is excellent. We got the kayak conversion bundle and the seat is like a gel foam - perfect for paddling around all day. The paddle is rigid and easy to adjust. The build quality is solid and the boards look GREAT. We stood on the boards for the first time and could tell no difference from a rigid board. Absolutely fantastic experience and product line! We'll be telling everyone to go iRocker or Blackfin.

Just got the board for family to use. We have a tower isup that I am in love with but I liked all the accessory features with this brand and am excited to try the kayak mod. Got rid of all our sit on top kayaks with this purchase. I will try to update this in the summer after use.

The SUP board and the accessories arrived early and they were well protected. All the items look to be of high quality. I am excited to get my board out on the river.
