Shipping date was mysterious. Board arrived in good shape. Additional items ordered had good notice when they were shipped. Customer service was very helpful.

Very excited to have finally made the plunge to get my board! I haven't actually used it yet so can't comment on its functionality at this point. One thing worth noting is that the bag is massive and can't be comfortably carried by a small woman (I'm 5'2). If I pull the straps all the way up so the straps fit my shoulders tightly, the hip belt is below my butt. If I put the hip belt where it should be, the shoulders are at head level. Not ideal for us short people, but alas, just another "one size fits all men" problem that we are so very used to. Besides that, the quality seems great. Can't wait to get out on my board. I purchased the pump and battery as well. I took off a couple stars because the pump is dysfunctional and will cost too much to ship it back. This fee should not lie with the consumer, in my opinion, when the product is defective.

Your customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Your products are cool but they're cheaply made. My board is barely a year old and the top foam is all peeling off. You can't reach anyone to get anything fixed. Next year I find a new board provider!
