The customer service has been helpful and fairly prompt. They are good about sending replacement parts if necessary. I subtracted a star due to glitches with the website. I’ve had difficulty applying promo codes, however they honour them as long as you let them know. Another glitch is preventing me from being able to place an order and will delay me getting the items I want asap. Summer in Canada is very short, so the holdups due to the website aren’t ideal.

I have not been able to take my paddle board out yet due to the cool weather, but hopefully soon. Overall the quality seems very good and easy enough to unpack and repack in the backpack. Also, the purchase and shipping was relatively easy and quick.
