I ordered a Nautical iSUP and electric pump late last summer. They arrived quickly and work great. Haven't used them much, so can't comment on durability yet; I had COVID and then the Pacific Northwest weather turned bad. The leash had a defect and iRocker replaced it immediately. Just ordered some accessories (in case we have a nice day soon!) and they came very fast and fit well. Good products, price, service, shipping. Website informative and easy to navigate.

I highly recommend irocker both for it's products and customer service. I ordered the blackfin model XL, and I absolutely love it. It is extremely stable, a good size, and looks durable and well made. Mine came with a slight manufacturing defect where the very tip of the board was slightly warped to one side, I used it all summer and debated not saying anything but it would drift to one side more than the other so eventually I thought maybe I should just message them and find out if this has something to do with the asymmetry of the front of the board. They immediately offered to replace it without me even asking for a replacement! They even let me pick the colour I wanted but couldn't get when I initially purchased the SUP because it was out of stock, when most companies wouldn't allow this. I was blown away by how amazing they resolved this minor issue. With customer service like that it takes out any of the fear of purchasing an expensive product like this online.
