Website is easy to use. I love my all round 11. The fins are a bit difficult to install at times. Got a fishing rod holder that was easy to install. All items arrived undamaged and in a reasonable amount of time. Haven’t needed to utilize customer service.

The IRocker electric pump is easy to use and quick to inflate.. We use the board a lot more on our sailboat on Lake Ontario. It’s worth it!
