The mosaic pins are very nice, but the shipping at $26 is twice what it should be. Probably won’t order again.

I purchased the Headwaters Knife as a gift for someone else, but am sorely tempted to keep it for myself! From the pictures and reviews, I expected a great knife. What I received was a stunning piece of functional art. Everything about it, from the blade thickness and finish to the in-hand feel and balance, far outclass any other knife at this price point and are at the same level of those that cost much more. I, for one, need not look for knives anywhere else. Well done, IHK, well done.

I recently bought 2 chef knives (one for myself and one for a gift). They are fantastic. Great quality materials. They look great. They feel great, but more importantly they work great. I appreciate a good knife (especially in the kitchen). They did not disappoint. I will be ordering more. Great job!

Took about a month and a half to get the knife. I prefer right over fast and thank God an American business is busy!
